Most of our services are billed at an hourly rate of $40.00 for residential and $50 for commercial. You can use us as little or as much as you want depending your needs and budget. There is a minimum service time of 2 hours .

We arrive with all cleaning supplies we need to clean your home/office. However, if you would like us to use your equipment, or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know. We will be happy to do so.

Service fees do not cover any products or services purchased on the Clients' behalf. 

Services that are performed after business hours, or holidays will incur an additional charge to be determined at the time of the request.

With no contracts to sign and no minimum monthly commitments, we offer our clients the flexibility to use us as much, or as little, as they need.
